The Wildlife Trusts
There are 47 Wildlife Trusts across the whole of the UK, the Isle of Man and Alderney, providing a national voice for British wildlife and a local focus in your area.
With 726,000 members, we are the largest UK voluntary organisation dedicated to conserving the all types of habitats and wildlife specied in the UK, whether in the countryside, in cities or at sea. 135,000 of our members belong to our junior branch, Wildlife Watch.
All 47 Wildlife Trusts are members of the Royal Sociey of Wildlife Trusts (RSWT) and are working for an environment rich in wildlife for everyone.
We stand up for wildlife, inspire people about the natural world, foster sustainable living and look after 2,200 nature reserves, covering more than 200,000 acres across the UK.
